The teleplay series (13 episodes) explores provocative issues dealt with a dash of realism and dramatic rigour coupled with the writer’s trademark humour. In a nutshell, Guru Paarvai is an up-close and personal, dramatic and sometimes comedic look into the lives of teachers, administrators, school cleaners, canteen stall operators and of course students! Parents too will make their presence felt with their occasional visits and their demands on the school. At the end of the day ….. it’s more than just teaching!
